Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order with a full refund.

Payment

UPI payments require a valid UTR. COD orders require a ₹30 advance to confirm. False UTRs may result in account suspension.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are best-effort. Weather, traffic and kitchen load can affect timing.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled or undelivered, a refund is issued within 5 business days.

Conduct

Abuse of staff, fraudulent orders or chargebacks will result in permanent suspension.
