Refund & Cancellation

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the kitchen starts preparing them. Once cooking has started, cancellation is not possible as the food is prepared fresh to order.

Refund eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) your order is cancelled by us, (b) the order is not delivered, (c) the food received is materially different from what was ordered, or (d) there is a verified quality issue reported within 1 hour of delivery.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours. For COD orders, refunds are credited to your Local4less wallet or to a bank account / UPI ID you provide.

Non-refundable items

Delivery charges for successfully delivered orders, partially consumed items, and complaints raised after 1 hour of delivery are not eligible for refund.

Raise a refund request from your Orders page, or email hello@local4less.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Photos help us resolve quality complaints faster.
