Delivery areas
Local4less currently delivers within our serviceable pincodes only. At checkout, your address is validated against our delivery zones. If your pincode is not supported, you will be notified before placing the order.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes of order confirmation. Times may vary based on kitchen load, distance, weather and traffic conditions. Estimated delivery time is shown on the order tracking page.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your distance from the kitchen. Charges are clearly displayed before payment — there are no hidden fees.
Order tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its real-time status from the Orders page in your dashboard. You will also receive email updates at each stage — placed, preparing, out for delivery and delivered.
Failed delivery
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you (incorrect address, unreachable phone, no one to receive the order), the order may be cancelled and a partial refund issued after deducting food preparation costs.
